It is very rare we close our doors during a workweek. This year however we shut down our shop the entire week of Christmas. But during those days customers decided to visit and we were happy to meet on our campus. This is the review the customer sent in after the visit. Nate, I hope you can understand my letter.....we arrived on December 27th at about 1100. Jeremy met us with a big smile and a firm handshake and then he showed us around your campus....after the tour, we went to look at the trucks and found that they would not fit our needs, so we went and started a long arduous look at ALL your fine trucks and after many hours we settled on a 96 e-one and a 98 Pierce/e-one...we can not express how nicely we were treated. Jeremy and the two mechanics worked their butts off and bent over backward to help us out...with that being said I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a fire apparatus... I can not say how NICE we were treated and being a Christian company was a plus. When Nate found out my stepson was having surgery he offered to pray for him. The accommodations were great and so were the meals. 15 out of 10 on the scale and we were treated like we had money and again THANK YOU VERY MUCH. |
