Excited to have a new to us truck
Our department made two trips over there. The first was an all-day adventure looking and testing trucks finding exactly what we needed. It was a full day and everyone at Brindlee was very accommodating from the receptionist to the entire sales staff and the service department with things that we found on the trucks we were testing. I think the working atmosphere there is amazing. It's great to deal with a company that has such HIGH family values within the entire organization. From the daily devotional time in the mornings to team volleyball in the afternoons, it definitely promotes a better working environment and I wish more companies had a similar working atmosphere. The second trip was when we came to pick up the trucks. I brought a couple of different district chiefs with me on this trip and they were just as impressed with the staff and the entire organization. Jeremy McCoy was our salesman throughout the entire process from the first contact that we made online. He was a great asset to our mission. He always was quick to respond with answers and keep the process moving forward. The first day we were there, he gave us a tour of the facility and was available for anything that we needed which definitely helped with the sale. Once everything was approved and finalized, he wasn’t there when we arrived to pick up our trucks but he was still available and made sure that we had everything we needed in advance. Chris was there and ensured everything went smooth for us picking up the trucks. Once we got back to Adel, GA with the trucks, the crews didn’t waste any time inspecting the trucks and getting all of the equipment moved over to them and they are excited about having the new to us trucks in operation.
