If he didn't immediately know the answer, he found it and got right back to me. I even texted him at 8:00 pm, and received an immediate response. His customer service is beyond reproach. From the moment we stepped off the airplane through today, we felt important to your company and also respected. Sam had people ready to answer questions and demonstrate the truck for us.
