Truck is in poor condition. It is recommended that the frame rails be replaced and suspension components, Rebuild of the engine (Blowby), replace Radiator, replace pump mounts, replace fuel tank.
Truck was a reserve engine until removed from service due to list of issues above. Apparatus has a generator but is non operational.

Apparatus was on a maintenance schedule preformed by our DPW. Large repairs were completed by heavy duty truck repair facilities. Motor head and gasket replaced in 2022 or 2023 for coolant in the oil.
