2003 Ford Toyne 4x4 Light Rescue

1. The frame and cross members are rusted. 2. The bakes and rotors are bad. 3. The tires are out of dot date and a starting to dry rot. 4. The generator is inop. 5. The rescue body needs repairs to the paint and one dent. 6. The rear telescoping lights do not work the end of the cord where the plug end is have been cut off. 7. 2 side marker lights are inop. 8. The middle rear bumper marker light is inop. 9. The rear springs are staring to flatten.
