FUEL TANKS

The vehicle is equipped with two diesel fuel tanks with a total capacity of 135 US GAL (511 L). The primary tank is positioned under the driver’s door and is 56 US GAL. The secondary tank has a capacity of 79 US GAL and is positioned aft of the primary tank, with access through a hatch in the body. Both tanks feature locking fuel caps for added security. Two spare non-locking fuel caps are also included if you prefer not to use a key when filling up. The vehicle’s DEF tank is 11 US GAL (41.6 L) and is positioned between the two diesel tanks.  

RIMS & TIRES

For a combination of performance, strength, and aesthetics, the vehicle is equipped with premium quality Accuride 22.5 x 2.25 HD aluminum rims. The heavy-duty tires are Bridgestone R250ED 11R22.5s on the front steers and Bridgestone M843, 12R22.5s on the rear drives.

POWER SYSTEM

As you would expect from a premium unit like this, the power system is extremely capable and robust. Marine-grade components, expert workmanship, attention to detail, and a high-end PTO generator ensure you will have constant and reliable power for all of your needs.

COMMERCIAL-GRADE GENERATOR

At the heart of the system is a Cummins ONAN Protec PTO generator. These commercial-grade power plants are specifically engineered for mobile emergency vehicles with a field-proven design that ensures high performance, long life, and the capability to run heavy loads. For convenience, a single switch starts or stops the generator.

100A SHORE POWER

When parked in a location with shore power access, the vehicle benefits from a massive 100A connection that negates the need to run the generator.  

MARINE-GRADE BREAKER PANEL

A top-of-the-range, 120V marine-grade BlueSea breaker panel ensures optimum performance and operation of your electrical system. The panel boasts a digital systems monitor, LED lighting, back-lit labels (identifying all major components), and plenty of spare capacity to add any of your own components. A detailed schematic is also included which provides an overview of the system. The quality of the electrical workmanship in this unit is absolutely first class.

DUAL 1300 W INVERTERS

Conveniently located in one of the bench storage compartments is a pair of 1,300W inverters, providing a total of 2,600W of power. An extractor fan built into the bench exhausts warm air and assists in keeping the equipment at the optimal operating temperature.

12V FUSE BLOCKS

Also housed in the same bench compartment are the 12v fuse blocks, breakers, and other electrical components. The attention to detail is phenomenal in this build as can be seen from the quality of the installation and components.

BATTERY BACK-UP

Housed under the opposite bench is a Tripp-Lite 120v, 2.4kW uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). Also known as a battery backup, this UPS will provide backup power if your regular power source ever fails or if the voltage drops to an unacceptable level. Not only does this safeguard mission-critical data and systems, but it also allows for the orderly and safe shutdown of equipment in the case of emergencies or power failures.  

POWER OUTLETS

To ensure you have the complete freedom and flexibility to plug computers, equipment, or appliances anywhere you desire, there are thirty 120V power outlets distributed throughout the unit.

DATA OUTLETS/CONNECTIONS

In addition to the power outlets, there are also multiple data/communication outlets distributed throughout the vehicle.

ADDITIONAL BREAKER PANEL

Located in one of the rear upper cabinets is a Pelco 20A circuit breaker to provide even more flexibility and capability for your electrical system.

LIGHTING

CEILING LIGHTS

Regardless of whether you utilize this vehicle for business or pleasure, having effective lighting is a key requirement. To ensure you have sufficient light for your needs, there is a total of nineteen LED ceiling lights. These low-profile puck lights are recessed into the ceiling and are fully dimmable so you can set the light intensity and ambiance to your desired level. The lights can also be switched to red in order to preserve night vision, a feature which may be essential in some operational circumstances.

CABINET LIGHTS

LED strip lights are positioned under each cabinet, providing additional lighting for specific areas or tasks. They can also be used to provide softer mood lighting when the overhead lights are off. The LEDs are fully dimmable and can also be switched to red in order to preserve your night vision.

EXTERIOR LIGHTS

Having effective exterior lights is also extremely important. Whether you need it for work, security or mixing cocktails around the campfire, effective lighting is essential. The vehicle is equipped with six extremely bright external LED scene lights. These are positioned near the roof line of the vehicle to provide maximum illumination over the largest possible area. There are two lights on the driver’s side, two on the passenger side, and two at the rear of the vehicle. Each set of lights is independently controlled by its own switch.

DOOR LIGHTS

Each door is equipped with a strip of LED lights running across the top of the internal frame. These are activated when the doors open and switched off when the doors are closed, providing greater safety and convenience.  

CABINETS

This vehicle comes equipped with eleven premium quality overhead cabinets, providing a vast amount of internal storage. These high-end cabinets feature aluminum construction, full-length stainless steel piano hinges, gas struts, full-length aluminum handles, and positive lock latches to ensure the doors remain securely closed while the vehicle is moving.

The aluminum doors, frames, and handles are anodized for protection, durability, and aesthetics. Interior door panels feature rugged white acrylic to protect the aluminum from potential damage from any items which may shift position while the vehicle is in motion. For added convenience, some of the cabinets also feature power and data outlets.

BOOTH & TABLE

A generously sized U-shaped booth with a large table and generous seating area is located at the front of the body (closest to the cab). The two-side bench cushions are 53” wide and 21.75” deep. The rear bench cushion is 89” wide and 22.5” deep. The booth can comfortably sit a large group of people and is constructed from durable stainless steel. It contains three storage bays (one under each bench) which can be accessed by folding up the bench tops. Heavy-duty stainless piano hinges run the full length of each bench to ensure durability and ease of operation.

Each bench has a 3” thick cushion which is attached with Velcro™ to facilitate easy removal. All cushions are encased in heavy-duty covers for durability and ease of maintenance/cleaning. The covers feature zip closures on the underside which allow the foam inserts to be removed for cleaning and/or replacement. Each cushion has a matching backrest which is also attached to the wall with Velcro™.

Positioned in the center of the booth is a large table measuring 48.5” wide x 34.25” deep and 30.5” high. The top is fashioned from a high-end solid surface material offering both durability and beautiful aesthetics. The material is 0.5” thick, with 1.5” beveled edges and generously rounded corners for ease of entry into the booth. The table is mounted on a stainless steel plinth which is open on one side to facilitate the storage of a printer, computer, fridge, or other item(s) underneath the table. Power outlets are positioned on the other three sides of the plinth for conveniently powering computers or other electrical devices.  

DRAWERS

In addition to the vast amount of storage provided by the overhead cabinets and under-seat compartments, extra storage is provided by twelve aluminum drawers. These premium drawers are located under the worktops/counters and feature all aluminum construction, heavy-duty drawer slides, full-length aluminum handles, and positive lock latches to ensure the drawers remain securely closed while the vehicle is moving. The aluminum drawer fronts and handles are anodized for protection and aesthetics and match the look and feel of the upper cabinets.  

AIR CONDITIONING

To keep you cool and comfortable on those hot summer days, the vehicle is equipped with three Coleman Mach roof-mounted air conditioners. Each unit features individual thermostatic controls so you can adjust the temperature to your individual requirements.  

ROOFTOP FAN

In addition to the three air-conditioning units, the vehicle also comes equipped with a rooftop fan to further enhance comfort and climate control. The fan features multiple speeds and is located near the booth and chairs to ensure a constant supply of fresh air for anyone working in the vehicle. A power lid automatically opens or retracts when the fan is switched on or off.

HEATING

Nobody likes being cold and miserable so there are four electric heaters positioned in various locations throughout the vehicle to keep you warm and cozy. The heaters have individual controls with six selectable levels to customize the heat output to your personal comfort preferences.

WINDOWS

We all love natural light and nobody wants to live or work in a dark, cave-like environment. Having the ability to flood a space with bright sunlight is a key component in creating a healthy and enjoyable work/living space. Whether for pleasure, business or security reasons, it’s also vitally important to be able to see all around your vehicle.

This unit is equipped with a staggering eighteen windows! The plethora of windows ensures you have an abundance of natural light and panoramic views from virtually anywhere in the unit. All windows feature darkly tinted privacy glass as well as roll-down perforated blinds for additional sun and privacy protection.

CAPTAIN’S CHAIRS

In addition to the generous seating area offered in the booth, the unit also boasts two ultra-comfortable, theatre-style captain’s chairs. Positioned in the slide-out, these are ideal for relaxing after a long day or keeping staff, clients or customers comfortable while in the unit. The seats are fully adjustable to ensure you can obtain the most ergonomic and comfortable seating position.

DOORS & STEPS

To facilitate easy and convenient ingress and egress, the unit is equipped with two full-length doors. Each fully insulated door is 29” wide x 73.75” high, and contains two windows: 1 x (15” wide x 23” high) and 1 x (8” wide x 17” high). One door is located on the driver’s side near the front of the body. The second door is located on the passenger side towards the rear. The offset location of these doors ensures you have full access to the body, even if one side of the vehicle is obstructed.

Both doors feature high-quality hardware/locks that are conveniently secured with the same key. For enhanced safety, two premium chrome grab rails with non-slip rubber inserts are located on the inside of each door. A large aluminum grab rail is positioned on the exterior of the body next to each door. The grab rail can be extended and secured in place when the vehicle is stationary. When not in use, the rail folds flat against the body and locks into place to provide an extra level of security and safety. A latch at the bottom of the door can be utilized to secure the door in an open position.

Each door has its own set of stowable steps which can be deployed when needed and easily retracted and stored away when not in use. The wide and comfortable steps feature an aggressive traction pattern to eliminate slipping and ensure safety while ascending or descending the steps. The perforated design also ensures neither water nor dirt can pool on the steps.

WORKTOPS / COUNTERS

A common complaint in most work vehicles, RVs, or mobile offices is a lack of work surfaces or counter space. This is NOT an issue in this vehicle! In addition to the large table located in the booth, the unit also boasts two large worktops/counters to ensure you never run out of space. A large ‘L’ shaped counter is located at the rear of the unit and an additional ‘T’ shaped counter is located between the slide-out and the rear counter. All counters are fashioned from the same high-end solid surface material as the table, ensuring both durability and beautiful aesthetics. The premium material is 0.5” thick, with 1.5” beveled edges and generously rounded corners.

The large ‘L’ shaped countermeasures are 122” wide x 16” deep on the longest side (front to back) and x 93” wide x 23” deep on the shorter side. The ‘T’ shaped counter measures 104.5” wide x 19” deep on the longest side (front to back) and x 56” wide x 14.5” deep on the shorter side. The height of all counters is 30.5” high (from floor to top of the counter).

MOUNTING HARDWARE

To provide flexibility for mounting computer monitors, TVs, or other electronic equipment, the vehicle is equipped with seven high-end stands. These are positioned on the worktops at various points throughout the vehicle. Each stand is 3.25” x 3.25” square, 18” high, and is crafted from premium extruded aluminum and anodized for durability and to aesthetically match the counters and drawers. The integrated base plates measure 8” x 8” square and are bolted to the worktop so they can be removed if required. Top-grade mounting plates and accessories are included to easily secure monitors, keyboards, or any other electronic devices you may have.

SLIDE OUT

To provide additional interior space, a generously proportioned hydraulic slide-out is located on the passenger side of the vehicle. The interior dimensions are 89” wide x 74.5” high x 34.75” deep. Two theatre-style captain’s chairs are positioned in the slide together with four LED ceiling lights, two power outlets, a data outlet, and four windows.

For safety and security, the slide must be unlocked with a key and constant pressure must be applied to the button to extend or retract the slide. An exterior awning deploys with the slide to protect the top from rain, dirt, falling leaves, or other debris.

EXTERNAL STORAGE

To complement the massive amount of internal storage, the unit also boasts an additional nine external storage cabinets. These cabinets (located on the driver’s side, passenger side, and rear of the vehicle), provide an abundance of storage options for anything you need to transport with you including tools, supplies, equipment, spare parts, leisure equipment, retail products, pet supplies, water, emergency supplies, etc.

Some of the external cabinets are also supplemented with power and/or data outlets. For added convenience, all external cabinets utilize the same key. The cabinets also benefit from additional protection/durability from a protective coating similar to a truck bed liner. Cabinets boast premium stainless hardware and are configured with either gas struts or clip-in hangers to keep doors open while in use.

ROOF & EQUIPMENT

To facilitate the installation and support of various equipment, the roof has been constructed with a high degree of strength and durability. It is completely walkable, capable of supporting a large amount of weight, and is covered with the same protective coating as the exterior storage boxes. In addition to the three air-conditioning units and rooftop fan, a large satellite dish, security camera system, and various antennas are mounted on the roof. The satellite dish is an AVL Technologies Mobile VSAT Motorized Vehicular Mount Antenna. The security camera system is manufactured by Pelco and features a durable weather-proof housing, integrated camera and lens, rain wiper, and remote pan-and-tilt for a wide field of view.

SUMMARY

All of the equipment shown in the photos and described in this document is present in the vehicle and every effort has been made to accurately present the vehicle.

However, the previous owner did remove some wiring and control systems prior to selling the vehicle to me. As a consequence, some of the items listed may require new and/or replacement wiring, control systems, or servicing to make them fully functional or operational. You are encouraged to view the vehicle in person to confirm details and specifications and to check the operation of the equipment.
