This 1930 has been frame off painted, but has not been completely assembled. The radiator has been re-cored, new front tires, bought the roto-ray, had the seat recovered, refreshed the engine, installed new brakes complete with a new master cylinder, built new back fenders to replace the old rusted fenders, and have all parts needed to complete the build.
