Apparatus Information

  • With under 25,000 miles, this used fire truck has been very well taken care of over its life. There should be plenty of life left to respond to emergency calls in your own fire department with this piece of emergency equipment.

  • Seagrave, founded by Fredric Seagrave in Detroit, Michigan in 1881, is the oldest continuous manufacturer of fire apparatus in the United States. The company moved to Columbus, Ohio in 1891 and remained there until 1963. In 1963 Seagrave moved all operations to Clintonville, Wisconsin. FWD was founded in 1909 by Otto Zachow and William Besserdich in Clintonville, Wisconsin. It became a premier manufacturer of severe chassis and produced America's first all-wheel drive chassis.

  • This old fire truck would make a good collector's rig, or parade piece for a Volunteer Fire Department, or a Fire Fighter who just wants their own rig to make local appearances.
